This was exactly what we needed for a stay near Pittston. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was tasty, and the room was comfortable. We will be going back on our next visit to the area.
First time staying in a Best Western. We were greeted at the front desk with a friendly staff member. The room was very clean.
We have stayed at this hotel on four separate occasions. We were greeted each time by friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was larger than most hotel bathrooms and the shower was wonderful. We also enjoyed the breakfast because there was such a variety of options available. We will recommend this location to family and friends and we look forward to returning soon.
Front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. Building appears to be new. We didn't have the breakfast, but they have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby at all times, which was nice. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was fairly roomy for a hotel bathroom. This is a very nice clean hotel. I have zero complaints about my stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The building was clean and the staff was nice. I would high recommend this location.
I spent the night here with no problems! The room was very clean. I really liked their sliding glass shower doors! No curtains sliding down the pole! I arrived late, so sleep, shower, and breakfast was all I had time for. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered bacon versus sausage links. I got plenty!!
This was the evening accommodations for a bus group of senior citizens from Virginia. Unfortunately, the bus had mechanical issues as we were pulling into the hotel. Hotel staff taxied a majority of the group of 50 to nearby restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. Accommodations were excellent. Clean rooms, fire pit, good breakfast and all around great stay! Our group is very appreciative.
Room was fine. Nothing special. Mattress was hard. Pillows were flat and had no support. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Staff seemed indifferent. They weren't rude. They just acted like they'd rather be anywhere else but at work.
